Why have I been asked to sign up to Stage Data?

Stage Data is all about providing people with the most up-to-date information on venues across Britain.

We want to help producers find new venues to perform in, help production managers plan tours and help venues be discovered. Since the start of the COVID-19 Lockdown, we created a team and worked closely with one another to build a database consisting of as many venues, ents industry organisations and educational institutions within the entertainment industry as possible, and as a result, we've already got over 1500 into our database - one of which is your venue, which is why we contacted you.

By signing up and claiming your venue, you will be able to provide us with more data to continue to develop and build on the information that our team of volunteers have collected. The information that you add will be made publicly available (some details are withheld until the person confirms that they are a real person and not an evil data-scanning robot!).

You do not need to sign up or claim your venue - it will remain listed on Stage Data unless you wish to remove it - however, we will not update your information as we continue to develop the website and offer more features/data for Producers, Tour Managers and Promoters etc, so it may limit your ability to be found by people using the database.

The project itself has been started by eStage. eStage works with freelancers across the industry to make things better for others, and continually aims to develop the Entertainment Industry in various different ways. For more on who we are feel free to check out our website and take a look at our Projects and Services.
